Come out on Thanksgiving morning for the first ever Downtown Denton Turkey Trot Run/Walk and Kid’s Gobble Wobble. The fun family friendly 5k route will go through the beautiful Texas Woman’s University campus and around the historic Downtown Denton Texas square! Proceeds will benefit the Denton Community Food Center. Keep your family and charity right here in Denton this Thanksgiving!
The course will start and finish on McKinney Ave. in between the event area and the Denton Civic Center. Participants will first head north to the beautiful TWU campus passing the Old Main Building and the Little Chapel in the Woods. You will then head south to the historic Denton Squares were you will make a complete lap before heading back to the finish line on McKinney Ave.
